Small          50 - 52.5 cms ( approx 19 3/4" - 21").
Medium      53 - 55.5 cms ( approx 21" - 22").
Large          56 - 58.5 cms ( approx 22" - 23 1/2").
XLarge        59 - 61 cms ( approx 23 1/2" - 25 1/6").
